We’ll always try and fix the problem as soon as you call (we offer free tech support via phone and email for that very reason), but if there’s a more serious fault, we’ll organise for you to either drop off the equipment at Crescent (we're open 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) or for it to be collected by courier so that our team can take a look at it. You can also rent a Mac from us while we work our magic, then sit back and relax till it’s all sorted. All being well, you can expect a healthy Mac back with you in 3-5 days, often sooner (if parts are not needed).
